Description
The Body Shape of the Cloud Dragon is Stout. It has a fluffy white-blue body with a light blue underbelly, giving it the appearance and texture of a cloud. It has sky-blue eyes, along with a strip of light blue on its forehead. Wispy horns jut out from the back of its head, and similar tufts of cloud can be seen on the side of its head and below its chin, the latter acting as a goatee. It has a pair of small wispy, feathery wings that curl up at the tip, and each of its feet has three stubby toes.

Obtaining
The Cloud Dragon is a Normally-Breedable Dragon which can be obtained through the breeding of two Dragons having together the Water and Wind Elements or through purchasing it from the Main Shop in exchange for 295 
Gems. Both methods require the Trainer to have reached Level 9.
Breeding for this Dragon takes 2 hours and 30 minutes while incubating and subsequently hatching the resultant egg takes 3 hours. With an active VIP Status of Level 2 or higher, the breeding time is reduced to 2 hours while the hatching time is reduced to 2 hours and 24 minutes.
No combination is guaranteed to result in this Dragon. Multiple breeding attempts may be necessary to obtain it.
