Added Egg Template

For Eggs in other positions that aren't third, the {{egg}} template can be used, after leaving the second cell empty. The egg parameter can still be used in third place as normal, in the case of two eggs!

• {{EbMilestones}}, the template used by {{EventBox}} to set standard milestone rewards per event type. It then passes parameters to this one for formatting.

Creates a table of manually set milestones when the standard ones for an event type won't work. Also used by the {EbMilestones} template to format its auto-created milestones (for the {EventBox} template).
