Anniversary Events (edit)	Added Ninth Dragon and Birthday Dragon as Anniversary Dragons for the Birthday Anniversary (24/01/11) and Dragon Board (24/01/26) events respectively.

Boss Dragons (edit)	Added Ticket-Master in a limited-time special offer, the only instance in which Boss Dragons can have duplicates. The offer Dragon's powers also doubled if Overlord was owned, meaning 16 Enchantment Tickets per 23 hours could be collected if two instances of Ticket-Master were owned along with Overlord.
Clan Dragon Power Tokens (edit)	Introduced Clan Dragon Power Tokens for sale in the Main Shop's Promotions tab, in exchange for real money. Enabled (or fixed placement of) tokens on Clan Shop item snapshots, making the items purchasable using this currency.
Clan Shop (edit)	Enabled (or fixed placement of Clan Dragon Power Tokens as a purchase method in the Clan Shop (eliminating unwanted extra space ).
Clans (edit)	Reintroduced the bug resolved in 7.7.2 where pressing the Clan Quests button displays quests but not the active Clan event tasks, instead displaying Clan Chests, hindering Trainers' ability to participate in Clan events. Pressing the Clan Fortress button shows Clan event tasks to be completed, but without the quests (which are folded up), once again making Clan event participation a problematic two-step process.
Daily Tasks (edit)	Added a Claim all button to the top of the Daily Tasks list to claim all completed tasks at once.
Divine Islands (edit)	Introduced Rift: Re-Warped.
Dragon Board (24/01/26) (edit)	A bug occurred during the Dragon Board (24/01/26) event on February 1st, resulting in the reset of event currency and Double Trouble progress. A campaign of 57,000 Birthdaystones was provided as compensation. Some players reported issues receiving the compensation, these players were advised to wait a bit longer to receive it, but that if it was not received by the next day, to please notify Customer Care to have the amount resent. Players with other specific cases related to this issue, or related to Birthdaystones, were advised to contact in-game Customer Care. The event appeared as a duplicate on February 2nd, doubling the quest rewards while making the compensation disappear for some players and causing a ruckus on social media. Reimbursing the correct affected players proved more difficult than expected, leaving some without any and others with double amounts of additional Birthdaystones. The remaining players who lacked compensation were compensated on February 8th, and the duplicate event entries disappeared when the event ended.
Dragon Codex (edit)	Added the Love Story Codex collection.
Dragon Leveling (edit)	Changed, temporarily, the appearance of Food held in the cornucopia into DML Anniversary or Birthday items such as cake, pie, and cupcakes. See Anniversary Events for details.
Dragon's Hoard (edit)	Added Habitats as prizes for some tiers.
Elements (edit)	Introduced bundles in which an Element unlock can be bypassed through a purchase using real money.
Main Shop (edit)	Added an Anniversary sale that promoted many Dragons for a greatly reduced Gem cost, as well as Sigil Bundles and other offers. Made Dragons sales (available for a reduced gems cost) a monthly occurrence. Added Clan Dragon Power Tokens to the Special Offers section in exchange for real money.
Megabitats (edit)	Introduced the Birthday Megabitat and its parts: Autumn Birthday Habitat, Spring Birthday Habitat, Summer Birthday Habitat, and Winter Birthday Habitat.
Otto's Lotto (edit)	Added new special offers ads in exchange for reward multipliers (x2).
Sigil Tower (edit)	Removed video ad pop-up for watching ads in exchange for 5 Basic Sigil Chests.

Other Changes

• Starting on March 6, 2024, the Facebook Gaming version of Dragon Mania Legends will be shut down and players will not be able to access it anymore. In-app purchase options will also stop working shortly before the aforementioned date.
  • If players wish to continue playing the game after March 6, they need to contact Customer Care to transfer their DML Facebook Gaming profile to a supported platform, such as Windows PC, Android, or iOS.

Unresolved

• All Platforms:
  • The Clan Shop button's icons, sit on top of the countdown timer icon in the shop interface. Part of the timer is clearly visible from beneath the new icons (instead of replacing the timer icon, a second, different icon copy sits—misaligned—over top of it).
  • Reintroduced the bug resolved in 7.7.2 where pressing the Clan Quests button displays quests but not the active Clan event tasks, instead displaying Clan Chests, hindering Trainers' ability to participate in Clan events. Pressing the Clan Fortress button shows Clan event tasks to be completed, but without the quests (which are folded up). This once again made Clan event participation a problematic two-step process, as both screens needed to participate don't appear at the same time.
• Reintroduced the bug resolved in Update 7.7 where the Clan Quests button defaulted the right pane to Clan Chests but did not show ongoing Clan Event items and tasks (both are required to be visible together to participate effectively). The right pane had to be manually switched, repeatedly, as it did not save the last set state, which greatly hindered Clan members' ability to participate in Clan events.
  • Pressing the Clan Fortress (Clan Dragon) button defaulted to the active Clan Event tasks in the right pane, but with the Clan Quests list collapsed on the left. This latter option also did not save the last state, forcing the Clan Quests list to be reopened repeatedly if accessed from this route.

• iOS:
  • The app icon has not changed for multiple updates (still displaying File:App 27.png, where Android typically receives a new app icon, such as File:App 28.png and File:App 29.png, and it is unclear if this was intended).
• Windows:
  • The app icon doesn't match the iOS or Android versions (it is unclear if this was intended).

Resolved

• All Platforms:
  • Fixed an issue from Update 7.7 where an excessive amount of space appeared below Clan Shop item text, causing the remaining space to look unbalanced with the text clustered at the top of each item snapshot. It appears as though the Clan Dragon Power Token button, a method of purchasing Clan Shop items, was either enabled after the Clan Coins button was enabled, or moved from underneath the Clan Coins button.
