Resources

Resources are non-currency assets used to enhance or increase abilities, to access new game features, and to progress in the game. Resources may have multiple obtainment methods.

Consumable Resources

Most resources are consumed immediately upon use after enhancing or enabling progress.

Food

Food is a collectable resource used to level-up Dragons by feeding it to them. It is one of the most important resources, as it is the primary means of increasing Dragon Levels. The amount of Food needed per level increases as the Dragon's Level increases. Food also occasionally serves as trade currency for items in the Whale-Mart.

Scrolls

Scrolls are a resource used to purchase specialized training for Dragons in the Dragon Academy. The training obtained allows Dragons to learn and upgrade their Skills.

Relics

Relics are resources used in multiple features with various benefits. There are six types of relics available, two Relics open enable the use of special features, while the other four reduce specific timers, such as for farming, Breeding, hatching, or exploring Ruins.

Battle Energy

Battle Energy is a resource required to fight in most battle venues. Battle energy is consumed when a battle commences, and must either regenerate on its own over a period of time, or be recovered using other means. Use and recovery of Battle Energy differs depending upon where it is used, and includes Portal Energy, Arena Energy, Sigil Energy, and Emerald Energy.

Dragon Fury Essence

Dragon Fury Essence is a consumable resource that refills the Dragon Fury meter immediately, for use in battle, without paying Gems.

Enchantment Materials

Enchantment Materials are resources used to Enchant Dragons, which increases their Attack and Health stats. The materials are also used to Upgrade Base Element Habitats from levels 7 to 9.

Sacred Apples

Sacred Apples are a resource that can be fed to Dragons to increase their maximum Dragon Level attainable by one, in a process referred to as overcharging.

Habitat Limit Extenders

Habitat Limit Extenders are resources that increase the normal Habitat limit by 1 per extender used. Normally, the Habitat Limit is tied to Player Level, but extenders can circumvent this restriction.Habitat Limit Extenders activate instantly on receipt, they are not stored in Inventory, and their effect is irreversible.

Clan Resources

Clan resources are resources solely for use in Clans.

Clan Dragon Power Tokens

Clan Dragon Power Tokens are gift tokens received if the Trainer is in a Clan. They activate Clan Fortress powers and are used to purchase items in the Clan Shop.
